Pre-Production
Pre-production is the planning phase for your entire project. The first step is to meet to discuss your project and come up with a plan of action to move forward.
We can help you refine your lyrics and determine arrangements and dynamics.
Recording
We have recorded a variety of artists from singer/songwriters to choirs. You can record your band multitrack or ‘live off the floor’, or a combination of both. Already have your primary tracks and want additional vocals or instrumentation? We can record additional tracks and add samples and loops if required.
Mixing & Mastering
We mix using Logic Pro X and ProTools. You will receive a ‘master ready’ mix of your song you can take to a mastering engineer.
If you are on a budget, we can supply ‘in the box’ mastering to provide you with a streaming and CD ready file you can take to your release party or to your digital distributor.
Studio Grant Program
The Watersland Studio Grant Program donates studio services free of charge to eligible musicians and organizations
Artists and bands that want to record their original songs but aren’t sure where to start can move to the next level without a financial investment through the Studio Grant Program. Artists and bands with recording experience but lacking the funds to get back into the studio may also be eligible.
Churches or charitable organizations can take advantage of this program to record EP’s for promotion or fundraising.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible you must meet one of the following:
- Original songs where you accompany yourself or with your band
- Songs using purchased backing tracks which include a license for distribution
- Projects for charitable causes
- Team building or artist development for church worship teams
